Your resume is edited by our superstar team of Graduate Coaches, who are alumni of top business schools. First, they review the resume to make sure that appropriate leadership experiences and impact metrics are being highlighted. Next, they edit for grammar, sentence structure, and tone. Finally, the Graduates Coaches provide feedback on how your resume can be made more appealing for Admissions Committee members of the school you’re applying to.
We need very little information in addition to your resume. We need to know which school you are applying to and you can let us know if there is anything, in particular, you’d like us to review.
Also, we’d request that you send a one-page resume in .doc or .docx format and not a two or three page CV. We are a resume editing service, not a resume creation service. So you’ll receive the most valuable feedback if you’ve already created a version you think is good to be submitted.
If you let us know which school you are applying to when checking out, we try our best to get your resume reviewed by a Graduate Coach from that school. They will assess whether your leadership and analytical experiences match the standards expected by the school.
We redline your document and add comments. Our comments and edits are both tactical and high-level. This means we will focus on grammar, sentence structure, tone, and also make sure your leadership experiences sound compelling.
For us to be able to do so, it is important that you submit a .doc or .docx file. Please don’t submit a PDF.
Our email-based resume editing process is extremely streamlined. As such, we find it more efficient than providing feedback over the phone. Resume edits are very tactical and it’s easier to redline your resume rather than describing where you can add punctuations or shorten sentences.
We also allow two rounds to edits to make sure you can ask any questions, request clarifications, and incorporate the edits that we suggested.
